affordable and friendly

I was in town overnight for the boat trip to Phnom Penh. ended up eating here every meal. Food is tasty and affordable. Try the vegetarian Pho. Their sets are 20-40K dong and filling.

Pros: friendly, affordable

Cons: few unprocessed veggies, too many fried items
