couldn't find it - Edit
We walked Le Loi Street up and down, at the marked position was nothing, at one point we were at number 25, then 17, but then came a Park and 15a was nowhere in sight, the next house number was 57...

Not quite vegan - Edit
After going to one place that was (unexpectedly) closed and one that seemed to have closed down, I arrived here and the lights were off. I walked in and the place actually was open, so the staff turned on lights and gave me a seat. I was shown a menu in Vietnamese and English and chose (adventurously) the pho and spring rolls. The drinks menu displayed items containing milk and yoghurt, so I don't think this place is actually vegan, although I was assured food items contained no meat, eggs or milk. In fact I think the place is combined in the same space as another omnivore restaurant beside us (nicely air conditioned at least). My food was served and there were about 10 spring rolls - and the side sauce had mayonnaise in it (confirmed with staff). The spring rolls were quite oily. The noodles were tasty enough but nothing special. My orange juice disappeared in 30 seconds and I had a glass full of ice left. I would not make a point of coming back here after this experience of uncertainty around what is vegan.
