Clearly marked vegan options! - Edit
Amazing lunch buffet with many clearly indicated vegan options! They even made roti for me without butter/ghee. I've also ordered off the menu here before and it was great as well- this was a while ago (pre COVID), but they even had someone playing nice live instrumenal music that night!

Would rate 5 stars if I could - Edit
My friend and I love going to Thali of India so much that we hardly ever go to any other restaurants! There are always plenty of delicious dishes at the buffet, and there are always at least 4 or 5 vegan options, as well as some vegetarian options. There is also a vegetarian section on the menu, most of the dishes can be made vegan if you ask! Would rate 5 stars if I could!
