Very Good

I really enjoyed this place. So much, I went twice in 5 days. There are plenty of vegan options and the people are very nice. Just know that hot means hot. Most places' "hot" is not hot to me. This place lit me up. In a good way.

Lots of options very tasty

We were happy with how many vegan options they had. Waitress was very nice. Prices were very cheap by Maui standards.

Pros: Cheap, Good flavors , Fast service

Vegan friendly

They had a whole veggie menu. My husband and I got the garlic greens, eggplant tofu, and red curry w veggies - really almost rivaled our favorite vegan thai place back in LA. Would recommend.

Don't go there

I don't recommend this place. It's over priced for the food they serve. Literally no costumers in. 15$ for a pad thai that tastes like cardboard... sorry 🤷🏼‍♀️

Pros: lots of vegan options, i

Cons: flavourless food, expensive, cardboard

food 2 stars service 2

Admittedly I'm reluctant to eat at mainstream Thai places due to cross contamination, but having been to Thailand many times I know how to order. The issue here was that the waitress was so unfriendly that she couldn't even listen, or didn't want to, and as a result messed up our order.
The yellow curry was incredibly salty and the pad Thai was one of the worst I've ever had, although it looked ok at first glance. It was inedible. Finally, we specifically asked to make the fried rice spicy like Thai style spicy and it came completely plain without spice. Prices were not very expensive though. Sadly the worst meal in Maui by far though.

Pros: many vegetarian options, reasonable prices

Cons: unfriendly staff, terrible cook

Unfortunate

Saw this place on happycow and read the reviews, so decided to give it a try. Was here this week. Here's my Maui Thailand Cuisine restaurant review.

The space is decorated in a dated Thai style. At the back of the menu is a entire page of vegetarian dishes. From that we ordered the pad thai, a vegetable fried rice, and a yellow curry with side order of white rice.

We couldn't eat the pad thai because it was cooked in a strange salted sauce (unlike other pad thai at typical thai eateries). Even the fried tofu strips in the dish tasted very strange, bad actually -- I had to spit my piece out.

The yellow curry had decent flavor but the sauce was too concentrated that it just was too salty.

The only okay dish was the fried rice. But even that our waitress messed up the ordered and did not make it spicy as specified.

We all left feeling not so great... I would not go back.

Neat place

This place was a last minute dinner for me. It was my birthday and I had been snorkelling all day and wound up getting a gnarly sunburn. I wanted somewhere interesting, tasty, and air conditioned. It was all 3.
When I arrived it was pretty quiet inside. The décor is amazing. Lots of neat things to look at. I took awhile with the menu because I always worry about fish paste in my Thai dishes. The waitress seemed to pity me because I was there by myself and had an obvious sunburn. She wasn't as nice as she could have been, but she was helpful. I didn't order much but I did enjoy the yellow potato curry and veggie spring rolls I did order. The food didn't take long to come out and I did enjoy it but found the prices a little steep. I'm glad I had the experience but next time might stick to somewhere a little less expensive. Definitely give it a try though.

Pros: Neat decor, Good selection for vegans

Cons: Staff could be friendlier

Decent thai in Kihei

Super fast service, and good Thai option. I had the Panang with tofu and vegetables (peas, broccoli, zucchini, bell peppers and cabbage), which was good yet would have been better if the curry was thicker. My daughter had the tofu pad thai without egg, and she really enjoyed it.

Pros: fast , casual, vegetarian menu

Cons: lacking personality despite ornate interior
