The food was delicious! Except some of the curries, they can make any entre vegan, and as mentioned in another review, if you order tufu as your protein, they'll ask if you want it vegan. They'll leave out the fish sauce, eggs, etc.
Read moreThey are closed on Sundays and from 3-5 the rest of the week. They close dine-in service 30 minutes before they close, but you can order food to go during this time.
I highly recommend this restaurant.

Amazing vegan options and amazing staff!!! - Edit
Almost everything can be made vegan, and when you ask for tofu as a protein the ask specifically if you would like your dish made vegan.

Freshest Thai in Murray - Edit
My wife and I have been eating here weekly for the past few months. Most things on the menu can be made vegan and the owners and staff are very knowledgeable on the vegan options. I have tried many items, all were good, but my favorite is the Thai mixed veggies with Tofu. The veggies are really fresh.

Owners are knowledgeable about what ingredients are vegan and are able to veganize many of their dishes! I’ve had the cashew stirfry tofu and the yellow curry, so far!
