We Came HUNGRY

S
The summer rolls were so fresh, crunchy, and flavorful. The drunken noodles w/ fried tofu was amazing. Love this place!

Didn’t get to take pic but I wish I had!

Didn’t get to take pics but this place truly is a hidden gem. Fried rice with fried tofu meal was bland and had to take out the egg however they do give a lot of rice. So very filling, but if you want to be blown away by flavor order their pad see ew my husband got it with fried tofu and it was so worth every bite! They do have a sushi option on their menu that says “vegan sushi” but it’s not actually vegan they will substitute the cream cheese in sushi with seaweed salad which was great.and we took home 5 pieces and added our own cream cheese & it was phenomenal, I believe they had vegan ice cream but we were honestly so stuffed I forgot to ask. But we will be returning so I won’t forget next time! Our waiter was very quick and accommodating to our needs and restrictions, the guy running the place was so friendly to everyone entering and leaving and even went around asking everyone how they were enjoying their meals.

Pros: The inside, The staff, The food

Cons: At first glance, The rice, Refills

Delicious

Stopped here for lunch while on vacation. The curries are not vegan (bummer, that's the reason for 4/5 stars). However, there are 3 entrees that can be made without fish sauce to be vegan (basil, ginger and mixed veg plates). The basil was fantastic. The sauce was delicious and veggies/tofu cooked perfectly. My son ordered edamame, rice and spring rolls.... then a second order of spring rolls. He said they were the best he's ever had. Although I wish the curries were vegan, we were easily able to find a satisfying and delicious meal.

Pros: Delicious , Good service

Cons: Could have more options

Good food

I had the Superior Lo Mein and subbed the egg noodles for rice noodles. I tried the vegetable tofu soup and couldn’t eat it. The broth was flavorless and the tofu was mushy. I asked if the tofu was fried and they told me it was, but unfortunately it wasn’t. The smell of the soup was so bad that I couldn’t even try more than one spoonful. The LoMein was outstanding! A good sized portion and just the right balance of vegetables and tofu to noodles. That tofu was fried just perfectly. I had read previous reviews saying they were very knowledgeable about vegan options. Our waitress wasn’t very helpful with the vegan options, but after asking about everything that could possibly be in things, I was able to decide on a good option.

Pros: LoMein is excellent , Service is good , Lunch specials

Cons: Not very knowledgeable about vegan options

Many vegan choices

The menu has quite a bit of dishes that are or can be made vegan. The food was good, and the service was great. The food was really oily though. But still a great option for the area nonetheless.

Awesome Curry!

I got fantastic curry here. Just let them know you are vegan, and they will adapt it. Plenty of options, but curry is always a good vegan-go to.

Pros: Plenty of options

Great vegan options!

This restaurant is always great and has a lot of vegan options. They are very familiar with vegan food and will customize many dishes to be vegan. They have a cute outdoor dining area and have managed to make it cozy despite being on a busy highway. It's definitely one of my favorite spots to visit in the area.

Vegan friendly

The place is willing to adapt any dish and is very tasty. Sometime the chef is heavy on the oil but otherwise very tasty Thai food.

Pros: Adapting menus, Friendly service, Good atmosphere

Cons: Sometimes chef uses too much oil

Willing to be vegan friendly

Stopped in for lunch. Very small lunch menu, maybe 8 items. But stopped because their web site said most everything can be made vegetarian or vegan.
Staff friendly and cheerful. Seated quickly, order taken relatively promptly. Tofu proudly listed as an ingredient for most dishes, no need to ask for it as a meat substitute.
A cozy restaurant with a comfortable decor, perfect for quiet meals. Ample seating.
The food quality is good-the vegetables cooked to perfection. Only complaint is the serving size was SMALL. For $7.99 for lunch, we can get twice the serving size at any Chinese restaurant. We actually left feeling a tiny bit hungry. They rate hotness 1-3 and did a good job on our 2 and 2 ½ heat meter dishes.
The only reason we will not return is we thought it was a poor value for the money, otherwise the food was REALLY flavorful, fresh, cooked well and presented well.
See menu & hours on their web site.

Pros: Easy to get vegan options, cooked well, tasted good enough

Cons: Really small lunch portions, Adequate rice but hardly any veggies/tofu, Seems over priced lunch or dinner
