Amazing view but hit and miss service

My husband and I have eaten at Thai Pantry quite a few times over the last 5 years. The view is amazing, especially at sunset. The prices are higher than other places on the island but I think it's worth it for the view.

I've mostly really enjoyed eating here, however last time we visited we waited 1 hour for our meals and they put FISH sauce in my curry. I tatsed it immediately - GROSS!! 🤢 The staff were apologetic, but I didn't want to wait for another meal so we left without paying. They were extremely busy that night, so I'm guessing this caused the delay / mix up.

My recommendation would be to go at an off peak time, and to be very clear about vegan requirements (specify no fish sauce).

Despite this, I would still visit again :)

A pleasant surprise.

We found this place on google and were a little scared because of the bad reviews it had.

We decided to go anyway and were blown away by the good quality of food - very good service and stunning view.

That gives to show Sometimes people will complain about anything.

This place is a must try if you like authentic thai dishes.

The food quality is phenomenal

I had the tofu Pad Pak vegan and my partner had chilli cashew stir fry. The food and view was absolutely spectacular.
