Great food with many culturally authentic vegan selections! - Edit
Having lived in Thailand for 1.5 years doesn't make me an expert, but maybe it does mean just a wee bit more if I say that I found real Thai food at the Thai Palace (and I love real Thai food!). They even have a wealth of vegan selections. Delicious, with good service.
Pros: Numerous delicious and culturally authentic vegan , Large portions and something for many varied taste, Good prices and service
Cons: Located in a strip mall, Decor is merely ok

Only vegan menu in Holland - Edit
This restaurant has a separate vegan menu with many selections to choose from. The vegetarian egg rolls are vegan and delicious!
Pros: Nice decor, Great service, Tasty food
Cons: Cocktails are terrible
