Wonderful in Copacabana - Edit
It is fantastic to find Asian food with tofu and delicious flavors in Copacabana. It is difficult to find this in all of Bolivia, and we were happy to find it in this small town. It is a fairly small, family-run place, and they really try to cook good Asian food. To have a selection across Thai, Japanese, and Indian food is so groovy. The mulligitawny isn't quite right, but the veggie sushi roll is yummy, and the other Indian, Thai, and Japanese dishes hit the spot. If you are tired of Bolivian pizza and pasta (pseudo-veg food), give this place a try. The music is fun too.
