Good vegan options for thai food

This restaurant was one of my favorites in Varberg until they started charging us for tap water with our meal without even informing that there would be a charge, and without stating it on the menu. In Sweden this is highly abnormal (illegal?) and a great way to drive away repeat customers. They also charge 25 SEK (2.5 EUR) more for dishes when eating at the restaurant vs. takeaway, despite the fact that there are almost always vacant tables. That's not a good environmental policy as it incentivizes the one-time use disposable packaging used for takeaway orders. They do serve tofu and can make just about any of their curries or noodle dishes vegan. The food is tasty and staff is friendly. Really a shame that there is so much meat and seafood on the menu though.
