Vegan Hotspot in Valley Springs - Edit
Surprisingly good Thai food for such a small town. It’s definitely not the best Thai food there is, but it’s still a solid choice. Most of the dishes on their menu can be made vegan. They are very accommodating if you ask. Their fried tofu is cooked in the same oil as the meat, so if that bothers you they will replace it with steamed tofu to make it vegan. They will take out fish sauce and oyster sauce in most of the dishes as well. Really nice people and good food! My favorite is the mild yellow curry, which when ordered with steamed tofu is already a vegan dish.
