No vegan entrees - Edit
Hi, I called Thai Fresh today and asked about vegan options. The person who answered was very friendly and knowledgeable. She explained that the spring rolls are vegan, but none of their entrees can be made vegan because the sauces are pre-prepared with fish sauce and/or oyster sauce.

Most “vegetarian” options have fish sauce - Edit
I went to this place a number of times, assuming that their “vegetarian” section of the menu, if it didn’t have egg or dairy, was also vegan. One day I asked the waitress to confirm that the dish I was ordering was vegan and she said no, it has fish sauce (and insisted that fish is still vegetarian). She pointed me to the 3 options that don’t have fish sauce (the menu doesn’t specify which dishes are vegan), which were okay but obviously a lot more limited.

I got the tofu appetizer and the pad thai with tofu no egg! I like this place because all of the entrees are easily customizable! Def recommend for an area only fit for vegetarians.
