Great food & friendly service - Edit
They were out of the vegan pad Thai when we went so instead made us vegan pad see ew, and it was AMAZING! Also loved their mango sticky rice.

Tastes good but a bit lacking - Edit
The Pad Thai was yummy tasting. But it's literally a bowl of noodles. No tofu or any veggies outside a tiny bit of chopped cabbage on top. Mango sticky rice was good.

Best Pad Thai outside of Thailand. - Edit
I was expecting the usual sticky pad Thai noodles made in a big batch, but this dish was ah-mazing! Fresh ingredients and each dish is cooked to order. Not sweet like many pad Thais - more umami. When I complimented the cooks, they said they use family recipes and order high quality noodles from Thailand. Several other food trucks are together in an area with picnic tables so everyone in your group can get what appeals. Made a gecko friend, too!
