Pad Thai easily made vegan!

Had carry out from here for lunch and it was great. Ordered the lunch sized Pad Thai with veggies and removed the egg. It came with a veggie spring roll. The portion was huge, the veggies were cooked perfectly, and it also reheated well the next day. I will absolutely be back to try more of their offerings!
