Yummy tofu

I'm not 100% sure if it's totally vegan but I ordered the tofu rad nar and it was pretty good. The tofu was low key flavorful and had a good texture. The noodles were a little overcooked and it's kinda pricey but overall an OK experience. I would recommend 👍 #Veganuary

Pros: The tofu , Veggies, The flavor of the sauce/broth

Cons: Pricey, Would of been better with rice instead of noodles

NO Vegan Options in this restaurant - NADA

Darn - I was really looking forward to trying this place! I went in to talk to the waitress about the menu. She confirmed there are many vegan choices on the menu. Then later in the conversation she said that all dishes in the restaurant have fish sauce. (Apparently she saw no contradiction in this.) I asked then if a dish could be made without fish sauce. She said No - they all have fish sauce. 😒 The End

Pros: Pleasant Atmosphere

Cons: NO VEGAN OPTIONS HERE

Great Thai Food Spot

There’s not a lot of vegan options in Spring Hill but this place is a perfect place to stop by. It’s a hole in the wall Thai place with great service and food. Had the green curry with tofu and that was amazing! The tofu had a light crispy edge and was flavorful even on its own. There’s a vegetarian/vegan side of the menu but almost any dish can be made vegan with tofu. Server was friendly and open to questions and the place has beautiful decor. Definitely a strong recommendation for Thai food in the town
