Their red Thai curry (just ask them to make it vegan or to hold the fish sauce and pick tofu as your protein), is absolutely wonderful. Their food is amazing, the staff are so kind/ friendly and helpful! I love the decor and their friendly attitudes. So glad they now have a second location! They deserve so much praise. Even when they are short staffed or super busy, they still will find time to check in with you.

Used their online ordering and there was an option to make it 100% vegan. I got the green curry with tofu, and it was so tasty! Only thing is I marked their spiciest option but it was not spicy at all. Still delicious though.

Wonderful first try - Edit
Boise is the biggest metro between Salt Lake City and Portland, Oregon but finding a restaurant that does a great job preparing Vegan and gluten free is tough. Thai Cuisine did this, and so well! Everything on the menu can be prepared according to your dietary needs. Yummy food, great staff, loved it!

Great Place to Get a Vegan Meal - Edit
This restaurant really understands vegan! The waitress picked up immediately we were vegan by the way we were ordering and bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. This opened up the entire menu for us and we just swapped tofu for the protein. She assured us fish sauce and oyster sauce were removed making our meal completely plant-based. We didn't even have to ask. The meals were beautiful, delicious and affordable, we've posted them here. We had the avocado spring rolls, drunken noodles and spicy eggplant dish. Delicious.

We both got curries that were veganized. They were super yummy but we did ask for them to spicy and they were definitely not. Maybe you need to ask for really really hot? Still delicious though. Service was good. Nice atmosphere.

I love Thai cuisine and eat there often. Most, if not all, of the menu can be made vegan (request 100% vegetarian) and gluten free if you wish.

Best Thai in Boise! - Edit
This is my fave Thai in Boise. Not only is the food much better, but you can get any curry vegan. Other dishes and appetizers can also be made vegan, just ask the server. It also have nice ambiance, serves beer and wine, and the staff is very friendly.
