One of the few good places to eat in Pagosa! - Edit
This is one of the only places I eat in Pagosa Springs! They offer several vegan items, but you have to be very clear when you order, to make sure you are getting vegan/vegetarian dishes. The coconut soup, Pad Thai, and several stir-fries can all be made vegan, as well as the fried tofu and fresh roll appetizers.
Friendly staff, and the food is always tasty.
NOTE: The curries currently contain fish sauce (as of 3/28/15). However, one of the staff told me he's going to try to have them make it in a different way so it's vegan. Be sure to ask if you order the curry, as I'm not sure they've changed over yet! : ) (If you like curry, the coconut soup is lovely and can be made vegan)
Pros: a vegan-friendly option in Pagosa , the food tastes good and is fresh
Cons: no brown rice, curries may contain fish sauce
