Super delicious Thai, homemade tofu - Edit
Separate vegetarian menu, some have egg in it. Lot of vegan options, vegetables super yummy. Recommend! Home made tofu is a rare specialty, really good.

After looking around for possible vegan places in Eeklo I found out about this Thai restaurant. Upon requesting they guaranteed that the vegetarian dishes are also vegan. All veggie dishes can be veganized, BUT YOU HAVE TO ASK EXPLICITLY. If you don't, there will be egg in the veggie dishes. They can do it, without loss of quality.
Read more9.5 euro gets you a big portion of one of the veggie dishes including rice. Already tried 4 different dishes and I was never disappointed.
