Thai
Take-out
Non-veg
Serves meat, vegan options available. Thai food restaurant off Western Ave - take exit 2 if coming from I-91 N. Nicely decorated. Staff is accommodating, so be sure specify "no fish sauce" as it's used in many dishes. Note that the curries cannot be made veg. Reported closed, Jan 2020.

Good food, too long to cook - Edit
I ordered take out while there and waited over 25 minutes for them to make one order of spring rolls and a tofu dish with garlic- and they weren’t even busy! The food was good (spring rolls were the best) but the sauce in my dish leaked through the bag. I was exhausted by the time I brought it back to the hotel and ate it.

Good not great Thai food - Edit
I live in NJ where there is an abundance of excellent Thai food. This place was good, but certainly not my favorite. They understand vegan, which is great and they have plenty of options. They charge extra for rice but they do have brown rice. The ambiance is very nice, quite spacious for a nice sit-down dinner.

Great Food, So Many Options - Edit
So pleased with this place. I asked the waitress what on the menu could be made vegan & she said everything except the curries! All you have to do is ask & you can basically have anything you want. I got the mixed vegetables in a brown sauce with the jasmine rice. It was delicious.

great place! - Edit
No idea what other reviewers are talking about. I come here all the time and you can make almost any dish on their menu vegan, if you just ask. They cater very well to vegans. You must try their soups and noodles! :)

Limited vegan options, but worth trying - Edit
Not too many vegan options here. Be sure to ask about fish sauce, as many of the dishes and soups have it. You can get a decent veggie dish for a reasonable price. Very nice decor and bathroom. Located in the heart of Downtown, just off Main Street.

solid choice - Edit
Decent Thai restaurant in Brattleboro, conveniently located off I-91. My family has stopped here several times over the past few years on our way to northern VT. The restaurant is nicely decorated and the bathrooms very clean. The staff has always been lovely and tries to be accommodating (in addition to no fish sauce, we ask for no onions or garlic!) They are also very honest about what dishes contain fish sauce--none of the curries were purely vegetarian and could not be made so. They have a vegetarian section in their menu but again you need to specifically ask for no fish sauce.
Read moreWe stopped here last week and I remembered I should submit it to Happy Cow. It was dinner time and the kids hadn't eaten almost all day so we wound up ordering a lot of food. The spring rolls were good, the Thai salad was fresh, the vegetable soup meh. We ordered vegetable fried rice, which was delicious and we wound up ordering a second plate. We also had a Vegetable Delight, which was just okay, and the Tofu Grap Row, which was really good. My husband liked the Pad Thai very much, although I did not. We also ordered a plate of plain fried tofu, which is often on the Thai menus but not here. The golden fried tofu arrived soft and hot and was immediately devoured. Everyone ordered hot tea, and our mugs were filled and refilled by our waitress from a hot carafe. Nice touch.
The bill was also quite reasonable considering the amount of food we ordered.
Pros: nice, clean restaurant, accommodating staff, vegetarian section in menu
Cons: sneaky fish sauce--be sure to ask, choices are adequate but limited
