One of my favorite restaurants! - Edit
Every option on the menu comes with your choice of meet/tofu/extra vegetable. You are not limited to the vegetarian portion of the menu. You can make any dish vegetarian or vegan. I'm a vegan, so I usually just tell them what I want with either tofu or extra vegetables and that I'm vegan. They will make sure to keep out any egg or fish sauces. They are also very conscientious and careful in preparing meals that accommodate to gluten and other food allergies.
Pros: Friendly staff, wide variety of food, great prices
Cons: closed on wednesdays :(

This place is amazing. Some of their appetizers are vegan. They have an entire menu section dedicated to vegetarian options and anything can be made vegan upon request. They have tofu, so you can replace any meat with extra veggies or tofu. It's SOO good. And spicy. I'm in love.
