Great option for a filling vegan airport meal - Edit
So many airports don’t have vegan options sadly. This was a great vegan burger, and with the side it definitely hit the spot.

Not many options but probably your best bet in terminal C. My waiter was super nice and helpful but I did want to note that you need to modify everything about the burger including the bun to make it vegan. They use a challah bun.

At least it has an option for vegans - Edit
While there is only one option for vegans, the Beyond burger ($16 because of airport prices), at least there is an option and because of Happycow I was pointed to this as one of my options to eat while in the airport. Make sure to request no cheese AND no special sauce. Comes with a side of french fries or a fresh salad. The salad was fresh and burger was huge.

With the side salad being so wonderful, it would be nice if they had it as a dinner option. All the salad options that they do offer have way too much cheese, animal products, etc. and it costs five dollars to add a beyond burger on the salad even after removing all the non-vegan items. Their side salad would be great option.

Beyond Burger - Edit
The Beyond Burger was as expected. I did have to ask for no cheese. The burger came out correct but the side salad didn't. No time to swap for my next flight.
