Best Brunch in Rio ! - Edit
I travel a lot and was so happy to find this hidden jem. It’s brand new and I’ve already eaten here twice ! The food is amazing, with so many options I keep coming back to try different dishes. The menu is diverse, and offers so many choices, from sweet to savory, gluten free options and proteins and organic !! It’s the best brunch in Rio, from the genius of Teva Restaurant (my favorite dinner place)

On the pricier side, but so worth it! So many different dishes and all extremely tasty and delicious! A must for vegans in Rio! I had the Gnocci and tiramisu! Wow! What a taste! Staff was very friendly and attentive! 😋

Would 100% giving this place a visit. The staff are friendly however speak limited English. The food is AMAZING. The mushroom and tomato focaccia is TO DIE FOR. I literally ordered the two every day I was staying at Copacabana. I took the protein bars the have on display and it came in handy packed away when I was going travelling and needed something to snack on. And best for last… the breakfast burger is SOOO good. It had so many different flavours and has been the closest thing tasting to a meat burger for me. Can be a bit pricy.

We really enjoyed Teva Deli! We had read the Happy Cow reviews in advance so it was already first on our list. The carrot lox was excellent and very nostalgic from the real thing decades ago. I also enjoyed the mango juice. … We have since eaten here three more times and at Teva! Everything has been amazing! What a fabulous surprise to find such delicious and creative plant-based dining in Rio! Lovely, kind service! Love the chocolate torta! Teva is reason enough to visit Rio!

Soooo good. Not the cheapest food I've eaten in Brazil, but it was incredibly tasty. The service wasn't great as it took 10 mins for 3 members of staff to realise I was ready to order (not sure if it's a Brazilian thing that you have to beckon them over), but the food was delicious.

We loved this place so much we went twice! We tried the Béarnaise sauce portobello mushroom dish, feijoada, cashew balls, and the panini. Each dish was absolutely delectable, with perfectly balanced spices!
Atmosphere***
The restaurant offers well-spaced seating with plenty of options both indoors and outdoors. The atmosphere is quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. The tables could have been a tad bit cleaner.
Service****
Excellent service with a smile. They were very accommodating and didn’t put ice in our bottled water as the ice could be contaminated too.
Price$$
Under $15 a fish and well worth it. #Veganuary

I'm afraid I disagree with your assessment on the water that we offer to our customers. Our house water goes through a modern triple filtration system with zeolite and activated carbon imported filters by HTZ, that remove chlorine and heavy metals. After this process the water is stored locally in 2 antibacterial water tanks, cleaned according to the local Health Dept. law. It’s the same water we cook, wash our organic produce and that everyone drinks from, on a daily basis. The ice cubes are made with the very same water that goes on a last filtration step on our Hoshizaki ice machine. So they are not contaminated.

I wish I had more stomach space to try everything. I had such a hard time choosing what to order with so many options. The restaurant itself is cozy and has the nicest warm lighting. I ordered the cheesy potatoes and the stuffed manicotti. The potatoes were good but nothing amazing. The manicotti on the other hand was incredible with a cashew cream base, loved it and felt the portion was great. I got a piece of cheesecake to to and that was incredible. I think I could come here for every meal and not get bored.

I really liked the place, the decor was very nice, but it was more spacious than the Teva in Ipanema. Interesting location, almost on the border between Copacabana and Ipanema. The croissants are delicious (I tried the chocolate and almond ones). I had an espresso (according to them, the coffee is special) and a cappuccino, and I liked them too. Very good service and a bit expensive. Try to get there early, because after 10am there's usually a queue at weekends. It's worth it! The overall experience is always spectacular.

Os croissants são deliciosos (experimentei o de chocolate e de amêndoas). Tomei um expresso (segundo eles, o café é especial) e um cappuccino, e gostei também. Muito bom atendimento e um pouco caro. Tente chegar cedo, porque depois das 10:00 normalmente tem uma fila de espera nos fins de semana. Vale super a pena! A experiência no geral sempre é espetacular.
