Very nice deli-style restaurant - Edit
Delicious fresh foods sold from the counter to eat at the barstool or for take-out. Very friendly and welcoming if you're eating solo or with others, and even if you don't speak Italian like me. Recommended!
Check their Facebook page because sometimes they set up a vegan street food stand at markets around the city.
Pros: Fresh food, all vegan, nice selection of local foods
Cons: A little expensive

sooo good! - Edit
a friendly little shop in the center of Genoa, the courses are prepared with care and passion by a very helpful staff. The place is clean and very nice and often organizes fundraising evenings for antispecist associations: sooo good!
Pros: tasty food, nice place, activist staff
Cons: small

Very hearty place with great food. - Edit
The owner and employee are very kind. There's no menu because everything is prepared freshly every day and they change it often. All the food can be seen in a glass case. Burgers, seitan, couscous, pasta salad and the like. They don't sell coffee, but there's free hot and cold lemon tea and you can buy local lemonade. They're happy to help you in English and even give travel tips when asked. There's a handful of bar stools inside.
Pros: Very personal staff, Friendly atmosphere, Interesting food
Cons: Small, No outside seating, No coffee
