Fully vegan mainly takeout - Edit
Very small seating area by window - 5 seats. The faux bacon/egg/cheese breakfast sandwich tasted really good but it was tiny. I could have eaten two! The staff are super friendly though and asked if I had enjoyed my meal. The almond banana date smoothie was very good. I bought a couple of take out salads for my flight that evening and they were very nice. I'd definitely go back but it is more of a take out place. The downside side is that it's super pricy.
Pros: lots of options including cake
Cons: Very pricy

Delicious, fresh and fast. - Edit
I've been to Terri on multiple occasions throughout the past few years and they never fail to go above and beyond with their fresh, delicious and cruelty-free food. The staff is always extremely friendly and they never fail to greet me the moment I step into the restaurant. I love how versatile their menu is; I am gluten intolerant and they are always happy and willing to substitute gluten-free options for me in their sandwiches and wraps. The food comes out extremely quickly and it is always savory and extremely satisfying. I highly recommend Terri to fellow vegetarians/vegans that are in town and want a quick bite to eat.
Pros: Delicious food, Extremely friendly staff, Extremely quick
Cons: None, None, None

Awesome service! - Edit
By far, this was the most pleasant experience my husband and I had buying food in New York. The people working were really pleasant and helpful. And the food was so fresh, colorful and delicious!

I got the buffalo chicken sandwich and it was really good! I just think it was too expensive for what it was. But still really good

Thanks Terri! - Edit
So good you'll wanna personally thank terri for existing. Got the Meatball sub after just about anything else was recommended to me (i like to stray from the popular dishes) and i was pleasantly treated! I also got the butterfinger milkshake and was delighted to find it tasted just like a bytterfinger, (has been awhile since ive had one) All in all delicious food, and I could tell their other dishes would be as well. Nice crew too, helpful and cheery :)

Repeat Customer - Edit
Never a long wait to get your food and staff is helpful with recommendations. I've been coming here for a few months now and recently tried a breakfast sandwich. It was delicious(Bacon, Egg and cheese).
Some items I recommend include the Buffalo "Chicken" sandwich, bacon, tofu scrambled eggs sandwich along with their chocolate brownie

Good alternative in midtown - Edit
I’ve eaten from Terri twice now and although I like the food so far I just wish that their quesadillas actually looked like one. It resembled more an enormous burrito than anything. Portion sizes are big.
Pros: Tasty food
Cons: Size

Best Sandwich Ever - Edit
This place makes amazing mock meat sandwiches. It´s really great for someone who is trying to experiement with vegetarianism/veganism, or someone who is simply tired of the traditional avocado and veggie sandwiches. I had the ´chicken´, ´bacon´, and ´cheese´ panini and it was to die for. I think even my omnivorious friends would love this sandwich.
Pros: Great tasting sandwich, Fast Service, Good portions
Cons: Not a lot of places to sit , No bathroom, but they do give you wet wipes

Cute cafe sort of thing! - Edit
I popped in to try their sandwiches after a long day walking around and got the philly cheesesteak and a very berry smoothie. The seitan was so realistic and the cheese sauce was amazing. The onions were great too and tied the whole thing together. The smoothie was really fresh and you can see them make it right in front of you. There were so many things to choose from, just not a lot of seating.
Pros: realistic meat, easy to find, fresh food
Cons: not a lot of seating , busy, blunt staff

Too ordinary - Edit
We tried two positions and both were like McD, nothing special.

Glad it's here. Mostly "not for me" - Edit
Always glad to have a veg*n option across the street from where I'm working. For me this is too much fake meat, virtually the whole menu. I don't really want to be "convinced" that I am eating something I found so repulsive that I gave it up many decades ago. But maybe it works for you. Support all veg*n places!

One of My Favorites! - Edit
This is a great little juice bar and vegan fast food place in NYC. Food is delicious, and there is a lot of variety. They have three locations in the city at present.

Midtown Vegan - Edit
I work in the area and have been going to Terri's for quite some time now. I recommend it to everyone I know. They have breakfast items and lunch, as well as some baked goods. Everything is really tasty but I love the Southwestern Chicken Melt sandwich, the Fish Filet sandwich and their Protein Bowl salad. Seating is limited to 6 seat by the window, however great place for take out and fast service. Staff is very nice. The only thing that bothers me is that it's noisy because they're loudly calling out the orders for people. It's a small space so I don't understand why it has to be that loud. They have a rewards program with the app FLOK.
Pros: Friendly staff, Good food, Fridge with ready to go items available
Cons: 6 window seats, Loud calling orders for people

Vegan French Toast!! - Edit
After planning a trip to NY, I was keen to try out some vegan places while there and I absolutely LOVED the food in Terri.
The French toast is seriously the best and the shakes are so delicious and thick too, will definitely be returning on my next trip to NY to try out some more!
The only issue some people may have is the lack of seating (there are about six window seats) but we didn't have a problem, just waited until others were done :)
Pros: Delicious food, Lots to choose from

I Have Eaten Their Entire Menu. Twice. - Edit
I have been a loyal Terri customer from the day they opened their doors in early 2016. I work in the area and it was quite a big deal to have somewhere to eat in the vegan desert otherwise known as Midtown East.
I have tried every single thing on their menu, some things only twice, some things 10 times. I am never disappointed. Would highly recommend pretty much everything, especially the Butterfinger milkshake and the pulled pork sandwich. 95% of their patrons are meat eaters because their mock meats are very convincing.
Pros: Big selection, Delicious

Delicious!!! - Edit
Absolutely delicious smoothie, soup, sandwich, wrap, breakfast place. Fast and really good. I had the crunch burger and hubby had the Philly cheese steak and we split a side of roasted sweet potatoes which were great. There is only seating for 4 or 5 at the window but they also deliver and do take away. We went here twice in our 4 day weekend! So nice as a vegan to walk into a place and be able to order anything off the menu.
