Previously located in Hyderabad (opened 2015 & closed 2019). Re-opened at this new location. Fully vegan/plant-based restaurant. Serves hot & cold coffees, milkshakes, fermented and probiotics. Soups, salads, street food/chaat, sandwiches, burgers, rolls, Hyderabadi dum biryani - all offered with vegan meat. Also has pasta, sprouted-wheat flour pizza, whole-wheat tea cakes, desserts. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-10:00pm.

Great ambience with amazing delicious food and nice music in the background. It's a nice place to chill, and has amazing varieties of vegan food. I had the best aloo tikki chaat here in Auroville with delicious cashew cream and different chutneys (north Indians should definitely try🫠)

Everything is delicious! We came here for multiple meals and also ordered pizza for takeaway. I love that it’s entirely vegan and the menu is large and diverse, so there’s something for everyone. The restaurant is spacious and the staff are friendly, we felt comfortable spending hours here.

Had a great time at Terrassen… been a vegan for nearly 6 yrs now and for the first time had Dahi Puri as well as Falooda (dessert) as haven’t found vegan versions anywhere else.. simply brilliant food.. three of us had ordered 6-7 dishes in all. None disappointed us. And the service was very courteous and friendly.. Would highly recommend this cafe.

Great restaurant with a truly unique and diverse menu featuring vegan versions of traditional Indian dishes - some popular favourites and others that you've probably never even heard of! Their jackfruit biryani is a must-try (I didn't get a photo) and so is the dahi puri. They also do many western dishes but if you ask me, their Indian food should get the spotlight!

Best Vegan Pizza... Maybe ever? - Edit
I've been in auroville for about 10 days, and I've been back to Terrassen multiple times. Today I had the Nerdy Eagle pizza, and it was amazing. I've also had the brownie and one of the chick'n rolls, and it's all amazing. One of my favourite vegan restaurants in the world so far!
