A guest table in a 200-year-old house/home in a World Heritage wine region surrounded by a permaculture garden. (Is an art project at the same time.) The meal can include a visit to the permaculture garden. Serves 4-5-course meals based on seasonal produce, made-in-house/home preserves and other local and organic ingredients. Meals consist of soup, appetizer, the tasting of dozens of garden leaves & flowers, sourdough bread, made-in-house/home tofu, vegetables in various forms and dessert with local fruits.
