Peaceful new restaurant in Cabras, Sardinia. Created plant-based menu from normal offerings.

Pickled onion, courgette spaghetti and creamed potato all good.
Fregola with seaweed and bright with apple was the best dish.
Roast potato with shaved almost was tasty.
Lovely staff, very attentive. Organic wine, delicious.
Could really do with plant protein in a whole menu offering
Pros: Invented vegan menu on night, Beautiful design and decoration, Super lovely and helpful staff
Cons: No plant protein, other than small bits of nuts
