Great location and vegan food - Edit
We really enjoyed our time in this restaurant with great seating by the Thames. We had very tasty and varied dishes with our drinks. I was impressed by the amount of vegan choices! The national theatre should get more credit for such a vegan friendly menu.

Inventive small plates - Edit
Like everywhere the vegan options at the National Theatre are increasing.
Read moreWhen I visited the Terrace resturant back in January 2019 I enjoyed a couple of small plates - Jerusalem artichokes with vegan blue cheese and a ratatouille with pumpkin bread.
It meant I also had space for dessert, pear and cranberry crumble. The vegan optons were clearly marked on the menu and there was a nice selection of more inventive dishes. Service was good and the space has a pleasant atmosphere. Some tables have a view over the river which is nice.
Pros: Clearly labelled vegan options , Inventive small plates, Pleasant atmosphere
Cons: Not all vegan
