What a Gem! - Edit
Independence would definitely be a healthy vegan food desert without Terra Health Market! They have so many vegan options in the deli to choose from and many many more in the grocery aisles. This place is a breath of fresh air!

Healthy Lunch or Dinner Stop - Edit
Great place to eat a healthy salad or burrito. All organic and very vegan friendly. Vegan salad dressing choices on the salad bar. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful if you have questions. You can eat in or take with you. Occasionally they have live music. They make fresh wellness shots and juices. Nice stop when traveling. Plenty of grocery items to take with you.

Nice grocery store with a decent amount of veg options to go including chickpea salad, potato salad made w/ vegenaise, burrito bowl bar, salad bar, vegan mushroom chili, and plenty of food in the freezer section if you want to use a microwave.
