Aunque el restaurante es vegetariano hay muchas opciones veganas. Carta muy variada, con platos asiáticos, italianos… pero destaca por veganizar platos típicos de la gastronomía catalana. Alta calidad en los productos y buenas elaboraciones. Su fundadora es de las pioneras en cocina vegetariana en Catalunya. Local con mucho encanto en el centro de Barcelona, servicio amable.

Went there twice during a one week holiday. The caesar salad and the Lasagne were my favorites. If you're hungry, you better order one of their starters Main dish. Main dish portions are kinda small.

Very high level catalán cuisine. The restaurant is vegetarian but they have many things that are vegan, even many desserts!

I would give them 5⭐ rating if the prices were slightly more affordable or if their menu was mostly vegan, but the quality is still astonishing.

This stylish restaurant appears very popular. There was a long queue when we arrived. Luckily we booked and were quickly shown to our table. The popularity has a knock on effect, the meal felt rushed with little time between courses, no doubt in an effort to flip tables as speedily as possible. That’s a shame because the modern design of the interior is one you feel you’d like to luxuriate in.
Read moreFor starters we had the kale chips which were wonderfully crisp and dusted with what tasted like a nutritional yeast based seasoning. The bravas was a quirky take with an assortment of veg. The nuggets were light and crispy with a tasty dipping sauce. The Barcelona ‘bomb’ was a tasty mushroom based,crispy dish with a good tomato sauce.
My main was seitan with a ‘Gouda’ and red pepper centre, served with two delicious sauces and excellent hasleback potato. It was a delicious dish, rich and creamy with a myriad of flavours. Every mouthful was a pleasure. Quite a unique dish that shows thought and imagination.
My daughter had the pad Thai. Sadly, she couldn’t eat it. On trying it, there was a very odd cheesy taste (nutritional yeast again?). The flavour was just odd and the textures not good either. The pickled veg accompanying did not seem to go with the dish and seemed superfluous.
The chocolate cake dessert was very good, a huge portion and a thick, rich chocolate frosting on top.
Overall, a mixed bag but clearly some excellent dishes, all very well presented. Perhaps you have to expect some dishes that don’t sit well with your palate in a restaurant that tries to be creative.

Muy decepcionada. La comida de muy baja calidad y se nota que está precocinada, especialmente los postres. Todos los platos fríos y recalentados. El servicio malísimo, la persona que nos atendió prácticamente no nos entendía y no tenía ni idea sobre alergias e intolerancias. No sabía la composición de los platos. Por ejemplo: nos dijo que las quesadillas era un plato compuesto principalmente de arroz. Además, tardaron muchísimo en servirnos el segundo. El precio es desmesurado en relación a la calidad y el servicio. En Teresa Carles hay más marketing que comida sana.

We enjoyed our lunch here. The food was interesting and it's refreshing to have something a little more fancy for a vegan lunch. We had vegan chicken cannelloni, seitan steaks on scalloped potatoes, both with tasty sauces. The starter was a cold pumpkin soup (the cold aspect was weird at first, but the flavors were banging). The lunch menu changes weekly and is printed for the month, so you know what's coming up. We'll be going again next week.

Het eerste wat ze me vertelde toen ik arriveerde was dat we maar 1,5 uur mochten blijven. Daarna bestelde we eten en na twee minuten werd het al geserveerd ? (Het werd dus gewoon opgewarmd en nog niet eens warm ook) Je krijgt ook geen pauze tussen voorgerecht en hoofdgerecht. Het perosneel is heel onvriendelijk, je voelt je er echt niet op je gemak … heel jammer om zo je laatste avond te moeten afsluiten

Este restaurante no es sólo un restaurante vegetariano (opciones veganas, alérgenos, etc.). Para mí es el mejor restaurante vegetariano al que se puede ir a comer hoy en día (por lo menos en Barcelona y otras de ls grandes ciudades en las que he estado). Cuidan la comida y ofrecen platos muy bien elaborados. Obligatorio ir si estás en Barcelona!

We went to the restaurant for dinner and I chose the place through Happy Cow. At first I was I little worried about the restaurant being just a fancy place with a food not that good (bc some people commented stuff like this), but lucky me I was completely wrong. The interior is on point, the music, the service, the location everything it was just so fine and the food is no less then amazing, I mean this place is a whole vibe. A truly must go when in Barcelona.

Nos ha gustado muchísimo este restaurante, tanto por la calidad de sus platos como por su ambiente. En la carta hay bastantes opciones veganas, perfectamente indicadas. Es muy llamativa la materia prima que utilizan y la sencillez de sus platos, sin abuso de salsas o elementos procesados. Son muy sabrosos, saludables y ligeros al mismo tiempo. Había varias opciones que no eran veganas, tanto en los platos como en los postres, pero hay suficientes alternativas veganas para poder ir varias veces y tomar siempre platos diferentes. Por cierto, la carta de kombuchas es espectacular.

Slightly on the pricey side, but oh so worth it. I had the daily weekday lunch menu, which is more affordable. The food is delicious and very well presented. The service was also excellent. We will be definetely coming back!

On the one hand, the food was very good as expected (we did not like the meatball dish but we enjoyed the rest, especially the desserts, the aubergine and the tartar) and it is of great value for what it costs. But there is too much food. We ended up almost so full that we were close to feel sick. So, beware.
