The food was amazing but the service was not good at all, not friendly, they looked like they were in a really bad mood. Food came in 5 minutes, felt like they wanted us away fast as possible

Local dishes, but vegan! - Edit
Mainly vegan, they've managed to successfully transfer local dishes to vegan ones. We were spoilt for choice, but we loved the (small) chicken croquettes and the very large starter that was like a chorizo casserole - including some fake meat strips that really tasted like kidney (bringing back distant childhood food memories!).
Read moreThe main dishes were varied as well. The puddings were very nice, although only about half were vegan. The restaurant is quite large, but didn't feel like a factory. However, it's not a small cosy restaurant, but if it were there wouldn't be so much choice :-)

The restaurant is very well run, efficient, organised, great systems in place. Perhaps I went on an off day. I had a bowl of lentils that tasted like they had come out of a jar. And a piece of cake where the main flavour was of burnt.

In 6 Tagen 2x abends dort gewesen..das sagt in einer Stadt wie Barcelona eigentlich schon alles..es gibt in Barcelona so viel veganes Essen, aber für uns war nach dem 1. Besuch klar, dass wir dort nochmal essen werden. Es schmeckt wirklich gut und es gibt eine tolle Auswahl an Vor-, Haupt- und Nachspeisen.

Mt fav place in Barcelona - Edit
Barcelona is a city with very good food, but I believe Teresa Carles has the best Vegan food in town (along with her other Restaurant, Flax & Kale).
Read moreI had dinner there twice in my last stay at Barcelona and almost everything was really amazing: the gazpacho was very tasty and rich, the nachos, the pan con tomate and I think my fav was the eggplant parmigiana. The juices they sell from Flax & Kale are also very very good.
I do think the deserts are good but not amazing and I was slightly disappointed with the "bravas", not by the fact that it had many diff root vegetables and wasn't just potatoes, but I expect bravas to have a stronger more flavorful dressing.
I totally recommend this restaurant.

The food was very nice. It was all totally regional and the menu section changes wekly, so there is no big range. But eventhough there was something for everybody. And the food was so delicious. The diffrent options are also a nice idea.

Went here wanting to try the paella with vegan seafood substitutes after a friend recommended it. We sat down and started to order starters. We wanted the croquette sampler but with only vegan options. They were out of the vegan “chicken” option and were not willing to give us 6 of the other vegan option so my partner got 3 non-vegan. this would have been a great time to tell us the other things they were out of but that didn’t happen.
Read more15 min later we went to order the vegan paella but were informed that it was “finished” along with the meat roll and some of the other more popular vegan options. we asked for recommendations and were told that the pad thai is good. i decided to check google to see what people recommend only to see most people thought the pad thai was bland.
we ultimately got the lasagna and faux breaded chicken dishes. the lasagna was bland but the creased “chicken” was good. portion sizes were good too.
Overall the food was pretty expensive and lacked the flavor i was looking for. i was also disappointed in the service. it looks like a fancy restaurant but has the service of a fast food chain.

Read morethe croquetas gives the fantasy of meat and chicken, one of the best tapas of the place
the main dishes all really well done, i would also recommend the “arroz del senyoret”, the green curry is also vey good
and for dessert the “catalan cheesecake” which has a very nice twist to the normal cheesecake
overall we ate really good and ended really happy about the place!
Pros: a lot of vegan options!! , meat substite really tasty! it gives the fantasyy, very good quality food for the price
