tasty vegan options and great service - Edit
I was impressed with the service and their kale soup. Also their desserts were great and their bread. Really pleasant inside and vegan options clearly marked on the menu, which I think were a great majority of the menu. Definitely coming back

Fresh food - Edit
English menu with vegan options clearly marked.
Read moreThe food was very fresh and home cooked which is great and the vegan cakes were amazing.
I did enjoy our dinner here, however we did feel a little underwhelmed by the portion size in comparison with the price . The vegan lasagna could have been better with a side of bread or potatoes perhaps. I was disappointed the seitan burger isn't vegan.
If it wasn't for how good the cakes were I would have probably only awarded 3 starts.
Pros: Fresh
Cons: Portions could be bigger for price, Majority vegetarian menu

Wonderful - Edit
We booked on 09/02/17 as we were in Barcelona for a long weekend for my partner's birthday.
Read moreThe menu is very good with plenty of choice for vegans. I started with tempura veg and my partner had the veg tower. (she isn't vegan..she's not even a veggie!) Both were delicious.
The dipping sauce for the tempura was lip smackingly tangy!
I had the Portobello Freak and Do which was great, although the sauce is very rich. My partner had the pasta Lasanyuki which she enjoyed.
We had intended to have desserts but found the portions to be on the large side so were too stuffed!
We enjoyed the food so much we got a table on the Saturday night. This time we skipped starters and went for mains and desserts!
I had the Lasanyuki and my partner had the Pappardellisimi. Both delicious, the pasta was nice and thin and not stodgy in the least and the sauces rich, tasty and silky.
For dessert I had the Vegan Snowflake cake and my partner had the Vegan Selva Negra.
We will definitely go back when we are next in Barcelona.
Pros: Amazing food!, Great choice of vegan options, Friendly staff

Popular restaurant - Edit
This big and popular restaurant had an extensive menu, with adequate vegan and gluten free choices. We had Bomba de la Barceloneta and Pickled Plant-based Tuna as appetizers, and Portobello Freak and Do, and crepe filled with artichoke (not vegan). The Portobello was way too salty, almost unbearably so. The dessert Vegan Mille-Feuille was wonderful. Overall this was an enjoyable restaurant.

Impressive - Edit
We visited here during our recent holiday and ordered the sweet heart and Berlin juices, which were very satisfying. Inside the decor is very impressive and inviting and most importantly the menu is very vegan friendly with some great options with meal deals available too at affordable prices. Can't wait to sample the food when we return.

DELICIOUS - Edit
This restaurant was right across from my rental apartment and was AMAZING!! My grandparents (omnivores) thought the food was amazing. The only dish that wasn't incredible was the first vegan pasta dish on the permanent menu. It has an insane amount of salt, but everything else I sampled was awesome!

Very excited - Edit
This is a very cosy but busy place. You might have to wait for a place to sit, but if you're with a special some one I personally don't find it a problem.
Read moreIt's not particularly pricy or expensive.
My boyf and I went there twice.
Overall it was good, for me it was either a very good or not that great.
First we got the Nachos to share, it doesn't look big but it really does some filling and I liked it. Then I got the lasagna, which was fine(I'm a bit of a picky eater sometimes) it's wasn't bad tho, I just wasn't jumping up and down my chair of excitements like with the desserts. My boyf got the aubergine/goat cheese thing and he really liked it. Then we got two desserts one cake that comes with chocolate your can pour on top of it DELICIOUS. And another white chocolate cake that literally made me melt in my chair. My boyf could not tell it was vegan. We took some bottle smoothies to go which is the only thing I will totally advice against, we did not drink them, it was so bad. We got the forever young and some kiwi/strawberry/cute looking one.
Second time there we were offered the bread with tomato on top(not free guys! He just made it sound like that) it was nice tho and it's like 1 euro a slice. I got the soup which didnt really fill and it wasn't that good. For dessert I got a fruity thing which was nice and fresh. TBH the 2nd time i was experimenting which was my own fault should have gone with some more safe choices.
Pros: Some of their dessert are amazing!
Cons: Bottled smoothies

great vegan food - Edit
this restaurant is one of my favourites in what concerns the vegan food. I recommend every vegan dish and love to come during the week to try new menus. However I dont give more than 3 stars cause only about 50℅ of the food is actually HEALTHY and will make you happier and live longer... and that is the vegan food. I wish people could understand that the ammount of cheese in the rest of the menus is just disgusting and the opposite of healthy food. Half of the restaurant is great for me... so half of the stars. ;) please increase the vegan menus! you re vegan cheese is so good! you know how to do it. No more excuses.

Fairly satisfied - Edit
The food was nice and of good quality. For starter me and my boyfriend had the plant-based bomba de la barceloneta and we both loved it. It came at the same time of our main, but it wasn't too big, so we ate it quite quickly.
Read moreFor main I had the Rosejat de fideus. It was good, but the portion size was huge. So, by the end of it the tase was becoming a bit boring. However, I still enjoyed it. For desert I had the guilt-free choco cake, which was quite small but very rich. I would have appreciated a small scoop of vegan ice cream with it because it tasted a bit dry to me. My boyfriend had the snowflake cake which was absolutely delicious and made me wish I had ordered that one instead of the choco cake!
Pros: Vegan options clearly stated, Nice menu with a lot of choices
Cons: Portion sizes vary considerably between dishes

Best Vegan Lasagna ever! - Edit
I wish this was an all vegan restaurant because the vegan food was very good, but the options weren`t as many as I would have wished. The lasagna was absolutely delicious, I still think about it a few months later and the chia pudding was awesome. Now I make it at home the same way :)

The Vegan/Vegetarian Restaurant - Edit
I definately recommend this restaurant. It has great dishes, great quality and super fresh.
Read moreI went there so many times already. They have a lunch menu, but I much prefer the ambiance during the dinner time.
I would recommend booking in advance for dinner, especially if you go during the weekend. I had to wait 30 minutes once, so I will never make that mistake again haha.
I have tried the Seitan, the Lasagna (on my non vegan days), and the chocolate cake.
Pros: Decoration, Freshness and Quality of Food, Variety

Good food - Edit
Modern eatery catering to the Anglo-Saxon vegan crowd, with vegan variations of dishes that won't make them feel far away from London or New York. The now ubiquitous vegan burgers, pizzas, pastas, salads and nachos are obviously part of the menu. Seitan and tofu will be part of some of these dishes. For those who want to venture into local foods, the menu has a few manicured Spanish dishes for tourist palates. The food, however, is fresh and tasty, and the waiters (particularly Karan) are very nice and professional. The vegan wines and cold press juices are pretty good.

Good breakfast! - Edit
Went here for breakfast/brunch. It was a bit quiet and they only used the seating in the front, there's also a large room in the back. Friendly service, and the place looks very neat and professional. I had a decent toast with avocado, and one of their juices which was a bit pricey but decent. Food was not cheap but OK value for breakfast in a restaurant.

One of the best places you will ever go to! - Edit
I went here with my non-vegetarian family (vegan myself), it was the best meal we had had in Barcelona. My whole family enjoyed it, the food was exceptional, the waiter was so friendly and the atmosphere was great. It is also wheelchair friendly. My mum had broken her ankle so was temporarily in a wheelchair and they were so accommodating. The lasagna was incredible but the highlight was the Selva Negra. It was delicious! They are a vegetarian restaurant but have a lot of vegan options. If in Barcelona you should stop by here! I can't rave enough about this place!
