Small typical Mexican-style restaurant owned by a vegan couple. All dishes are vegan versions of authentic Mexican/pre-Hispanic cuisine. Dishes prepared fresh daily. There is no menu. Inexpensive; one appetizer, one entree and a drink is less than $2.50 US. Kitchen is partially open so you can talk to the chefs while they prepare your food. Located opposite the Pool Hall and next door to the bicycle shop. DEC 2014 REPORTED SHUT.

A seriously incredible place - Edit
This 100% vegan restaurant is a truly remarkable gem in the lovely town of Cholula. The food is plentiful and very good value. A bit tricky to find but if you look for the bicycle shop, the restaurant is just next door. More photos and a review on my blog: http://fatgayvegan.com/2012/09/23/comida-prehispanica/
