Umami Vegan Ramen Broth - Edit
I’ll definitely be back for the vegan ramen 🍜. Portion sizes were decent. The cauliflower kara-age was a bit on the drippy oilier side (bit of pressure in the breathing) but quite decent otherwise in terms of taste. Strawberry hojicha was such a refreshing drink. I’ll be back to try the mocktails next time. Food and drink presentation was on point.

Okay - Edit
On the current menu, the only thing they could confirm was vegan was the ramen. The ramen was pretty tasty! The menu has some items marked VG but turns out that does not mean vegan (sad because I was keen to try the cauliflower karaage sando). The menu changes from time to time so be sure to check what's vegan before ordering.

Japaneses delights in a hidden laneways - Edit
Casual Japanese style cafe in a side ally, service is friendly and the food is beautifully presented and tastes delicious. Really enjoyed the vegan Raman, generous bowl of noodles and veggies in a tasty broth. The highlight was the Ochazuke, which I’d never heard of ( this was a hidden menu item that the waitstaff suggested as a vegan option). Ochazuke is lightly flavoured rice served with a light broth, it came with a crispy rice paper basket filled with Vegies servers over the rice. The broth is poured on to the rice paper basket and “melts” over the rice. Well worth a visit!
