I don't recommend for vegan - Edit
The staff didn't "guide me to vegan", but the waitress made a couple of trips to the kitchen to ask about ingredients. The black bean & veggie burger has egg as a binder (flax seed, people!) and the ciabotti bread the havarti dill veggie sandwich is served on also has egg. I ordered the roasted beet and spinach salad, minus the cheese, and the beets were boiled. It would have been so much better if they had been roasted.

Great vibe and fresh delicious food! - Edit
The service and vibe of this place makes it. They have a few vegan options, nothing too exciting, but it's worth going here. We had salads veganized and the brussel sprouts and a couple tasty adult beverages. It was all delicious.

Very limited options, but that being said the Brussels sprouts we awesome!! The dipping sauce yumm!! We also shared the beet salad. They have a few salads that you need to remove the cheese.

The menu has quite a few vegetarian options, but only the Brussels sprouts (appetizer) are vegan. A couple things on the menu looked close to vegan or vegan modifiable, but were not labeled as such. This place could be much better and it wouldn’t be hard to get there! We waited quite a while to be seated and for our food after ordering. No splitting tab, not even in half, no AMEX.

Unexpectedly amazing - Edit
More of a bar than a restaurant but the food is excellent. Only one vegan dish on the menu but lots of dishes can be adapted and our server, Justin was able to advise knowledgably. Leadville is otherwise not known for it's veggie friendly restaurants but this was a real find on Happy Cow.
