Serves meat, vegan options available. Quick service salad restaurant with Greater LA locations. Build-your-own meal, or order from the pre-set menu which includes a "happier vegan" salad, and a grilled and roasted vegetables which you could request no aioli (contains egg). Or ask to omit cheese on the other salads and sub for another topping. Sometimes will have a vegan soup. Open Mon-Thu 11:00am-9:00pm, Fri-Sat 11:00am-10:00pm, Sun 11:00am-9:00pm.

Tender Greens - Edit
Order the Happy Vegan! This salad is so good and there are so many flavors. I made the mistake of assuming I needed to order avocado and tomato to make the salad better, but honestly no such modifications are necessary. This is the best salad place, in my opinion. The ingredients are fresh and higher quality.

Surprising Lack of Vegan Options - Edit
I mean, it's called "Tender Greens" and there's one menu item that is specifically called "Happy Vegan" which just feels silly.
Read morePortion size is weak and the food is ok quality, but way overpriced. The falafel (not even sure its vegan) is overcooked and dry.
Really just disappointed to not see more vegan options.
Pros: They have A vegan option.

Read moreSo this place is cute. Modern inside, fun vibe, nice aesthetics.
The food is pretty when it's served. I enjoy that a lot.
They have good vegan options and the staff tries to be knowledgeable about what the food is.
When my order came out and was different than I expected (my falafels were just on the plate, not with any greens) they brought me a bowl of kale without hesitation. The gentleman who brought it was cheerful and sweet.
This place is only losing a half star from me because the portions are kinda strange. For the price, I expect a bit more.
I'll frequent this spot :)

HAPPY VEGAN IS BEST SALAD! - Edit
Great to go to cause everyone (non veg.) can get what they want, how they want it! Choose salad, hot plate or sandwich.
Read moreMy favorite truly is the HAPPY VEGAN. Delicious lemony dressing! Nice serving of tender greens (better be if that's your name!). Love their GREEN HUMMUS!! Side salads mentioned above are all satisfying and full of flavor!
