Build-your-own or order from its menu which includes a "happy vegan" (wheat with cranberry and hazelnuts, quinoa with cucumber and beets, green hummus, tabbouleh, greens), a grilled and roasted vegetables but need to request no aioli (contains egg). Or ask to omit cheese on the other salads and sub for another topping. Usually a vegan soup each day. Open Mon-Thu 11:00am-9:00pm, Fri-Sat 11:00am-10:00pm, Sun 11:00am-9:00pm.

HAPPY VEGAN IS BEST SALAD! - Edit
Great to go to cause everyone (non veg.) can get what they want, how they want it! Choose salad, hot plate or sandwich.
My favorite truly is the HAPPY VEGAN. Delicious lemony dressing! Nice serving of tender greens (better be if that's your name!). Love their GREEN HUMMUS!! Side salads mentioned above are all satisfying and full of flavor!
