Vegan options are not marked, the “plant” sign is just for vegetarian so it’s unclear if any dish is vegan. Looking at the ingredients perhaps the Poke Bowl and the Fried Tofu salad but unsure…

Bene avere una scelta che non sia la solita pizza o bar in aeroporto. Ottimo il sushi veg. Da migliorare la velocità del servizio (i voli non aspettano nessuno) e il menù: sarebbero gradite più foto dei roll. Un po' caro.
