Went here a few times already because we accidentally discovered they offered plant milks as substitutions! So far we have tried the black milk tea, roasted oolong milk tea, and taro milk. Loved all three flavors, but I think my favorite one so far is the black tea, as it has a very subtle fruity note to the tea flavor. We always order with soy milk instead of the default non-dairy creamer. I'm not exactly sure if the non-dairy creamer is vegan or not, so I would honestly rather stick with the plant milks instead to be safe. Besides soy milk they also have almond and oat milk. Both the tapioca boba and lychee jelly toppings are excellent.
I always make mine 25% sweetness, as I prefer light sweetness, but honestly, if you're not a big fan of sweet drinks, if you get a jelly topping, you could probably get away with no added sweetness, as the jelly is already sweet.
You can order online and pick it up at the store to avoid wait times (as they're usually pretty busy), but just walking in to order is usually not that bad of a wait. They have seating inside, so you can sit and wait for your order.
