The perfect tea break in Venice - Edit
Read more[ENG] A cozy tea room I often visit with my university friends. There are many delicious varieties of tea, and tea is served in a teapot that can fill your mug twice. I think they always have a vegan cake. Once I had a piece of vegan strawberry cake (in the photo) and it was absolutely delicious. Another time I had a bagel with vegetables and a vegan croissant with tomato and avocado, but there were also other vegan or vegetarian options: a vegetable pie and a quinoa salad. It is okay for a very quick lunch or for a break. Fair prices.

Calm garden and delicious bagel - Edit
Luckily, the service was different from the experiences stated in the existing reviews. Although there were only two vegan choices on the menu (the croissant and I think a burger), the lady at the tea room offered us a bagel with a beetroot patty, which wasn't on the menu.

We ate vegan croissant (a real croissant, not a a random pastry) with avocado and tomatoes. We didn't spot anything else on the menu which was vegan. They have soy milk for coffee, as well as Matcha Cappuccino. Cute backyard.

Casual cafe vibes - Edit
I saw the vegetarian and vegan sign in the window so gave it a try. This is a cafe not a restaurant and food from the counter may change. I had a homemade beetroot burger on a hot bagel and a local beer, both were very nice. The host (owner) was friendly and helpful.

Not really any vegan options - Edit
My spouse and I went here to check it out but were disappointed. The server (and maybe owner?) noted it isn’t a restaurant and that they don’t really have food and are not really vegan. Based on what I saw you might be able to get a vegan croissant but that’s the only somewhat guarantee. The menu has no vegan options except the croissant. The pictures you see appear to be a special. The server noted the rolls they make change all the time. I recommend popping in if you are close by but not going out of your way. We left without getting anything because they didn’t have any vegan options at all.

Poor service. Not worth it. - Edit
Walked in and asked for vegan croissant. Was asked to order from table. Somehow in the ten minutes we waited to actually order, the last croissant was sold. Small pour of my wine. Two sips. People who ordered after us were finished by the time we got our food. Waitress offered a dish with cheese.

Many vegan options but service can be better - Edit
This is probably one of the most vegan friendly places we encountered in Venice with all except one item being vegetarian or vegan. However, the service could be faster and friendlier.

Must go! - Edit
I completely agree with all the other reviews on here that were loving the vegan croissant with avocado and tomato. It was amazing! Go and check it out, even if you're not a croissant enthusiast! The people are lovely and we tried some veggie rolls (also vegan) that were delicious as well. They also have a vegan burger option.

Hidden gem! Must visit!! REAL FOOD! - Edit
We found this spot by accident and feel incredibly blessed to be sitting on their back patio enjoying the most amazing food. It’s fresh, it’s healthy and not soaked in oil as many of our meals in Italy have been. The veggies rolls are to die for! I feel well fed without feeling stuffed or weighed down. If your looking for REAL FOOD, this is the spot!!!

Relaxed and friendly - Edit
This tiny tea room has extremely friendly staff who speak very good English and are knowledgeable about the vegan options available. The food is fresh and tasty, although there are only a few vegan options. It’s a little haven in Dorsoduro with a relaxed atmosphere where you can have a drink and a snack away from the bustle of the tourist areas of Venice. Recommended for a pit stop!
