This place is so cute and there are yummy vegan cookies and build your own bowls. There is also a very nice art cafe connected to it.

There is healthy food in Lakeland! - Edit
This place consistently has the best bubble tea ever, and it is so adorable on the inside. They also have acai bowls, and all kinds of teas. I always get a frozen Horchata, or Thai bubble tea.
