Pretty stuffed myself - Edit
Buddha bowl was big and full on - different leafy greens, beetroot, pumpkin, suerkraut, hummus, pesto (from brocolli), falafel (made in house with almonds), rice (or something similar?) etc - it was delicious, no complaints whatsoever.
Read moreI also had a burger with seitan (made in house too with nice texture and different from ones I bought in shops) and all the extras (including an oyster mushroom), which I found pretty satisfying.
Helped along by a smoothy made to order from veggies only, which was quite spinachy and healthy (there were various other creatively named options, but I went for a custom veggy blast).
Couldn't skip Polish almond cake and another dark chocolaty one with cherries - washed down by herbal tea mixed to aid digestion (one of several others with various medicinal properties).
To sum up I personally will defenitely go out my way for this rare100% vegan haven in a wilderness of New Zealand Rotorua region (there aren't any others close by).
P.S. I popped in next day for brunch, and the lady whipped up a tofu scramble, which wasn't on the menu - it was good and spicy (it seems all tofu scrambles are different depending on the chef and the tofu I guess - my favorites are "springy" ones reminding me of omelette from the old days), cashew cheese Mozzarella melt toasted ciabatta with seitan, and another custom veg-only smoothie, this time based on beetroot, which was sweet and delicious. To finish off I had macha latte with plum cake, then herbal tea with white chocolate (vegan of course) cheesecake. Both were great, but the 2nd one was one of the best ever with the choc literaly melting in the mouth. You may wish for it to be brought with the drink, as you may be tempted to finish it off before the latter arrives.

Pros: 100% vegan, heaps of choice - fresh or cooked, arty decor, friendly service by the owners-cooks, next to gondola, MTB trails, nature park etc
Cons: not a big place, may need some patience when busy, 100km from where I live, can't try all at once

No substance - Edit
Not a fan of the Buddha bowl. Paid $13 for 90% of it to be just lettuce. Only a few pieces of tiny falafels and a teaspoon of hummus. Didn’t sound like the description at all.

Nice easy food - Edit
Tasty food but very small portions for a high price. It's food that is easy to find anywhere, falafel, burger and nachos with beans (no cheese) so don't go out of your way. It was 4 dollars extra for thinly sliced mushroom on the burger, couldn't even taste it. Cake was ok. Drip coffe was delicious.

Nice to have an all-vegan stall at the night market! - Edit
It’s so nice to have an all-vegan stall at the night market! Such friendly people running the stall too! Overall, good location, good food, and decent prices. Some of the components could use a bit more flavour/salt, but overall a great find.
