Nachos very vinegary - Edit
Unsure if it was the salsa or the bean chilli that came with the nachos that made it vinegary, but I couldn't finish it, and even my husband couldn't finish what I'd left. It seemed like the salsa was bought in so it was perhaps it was that, but the bean chilli was also very tomatoey, lacking in amount of beans and depth of flavour. Most of the nachos were also quite mushy from the off, which I know can happen with nachos but I don't think the bowl it came in helped, or the runny salsa/chilli (hard to know where the salsa ended and the chilli started). It could have also done with having some guac to balance things out, but the only other option to add on was jalapenos which would have only been more vinegary! Unfortunately all in all quite unpleasant to eat so I'm struggling to give it more than 1 star. Even at £5 I'd give it 1 star but it was more than double the price with adding the chilli! Definitely not worth it but I know vegan cheese isn't cheap, and to be fair, there was at least plenty of cheese.

There is a strict policy that lunch starts at 12 and so you can’t order food till then.
We as were many others watching the minutes tick by and as a wave we all stood up together and approached the bar !
It was very busy but our lunch arrived within 10 minutes of ordering.
I had the jacket potato with beans, boring I know but I love this simple yet satisfying dish. The side salad with balsamic glaze was lovely.
Lots of choice and a separate vegan menu, very impressive.
Pros: My choice of lunch, Staff mostly cheerful, Right by the sea front.
Cons: I thought quite expensive but isn’t everything ?, It god very noisy with 3 tvs , Staff were a little brusque with some customers

We both tried the vegan burger and it was nice. It's good to be able to look out to see the sea while eating too.

Bar restaurant with sea view - Edit
Large popular venue, with various vegan options. I eat here twice and enjoyed both meals, although they werent quite what I expected. The 5 bean chilli was mostly vegetables in a tomato-based sauce and the spicy bean burger was also more of a vegetable burger, but both were tasty and fresh. Very large portions and comfortable venue.
