Excellent vegan options among typical Sicilian dishes

This restaurant is a must if you are in the Marsala area! We called ahead for a reservation and notified them that we were vegan. The staff was very attentive of this through the night. For starters, we had a selection of vegetable dishes: caponata, bruschetta, and fried artichokes. Our mains were 2 pastas: pesto trapanese and another busiate dish with capers, tomatoes, and pistachios (off menu). All of the dishes were amazing and needed little to no adaptation to be made vegan. The owner even checked in with us multiple times about the food.

Try the pesto alla trapanese

The service and food was amazing. The place quickly filled up after we arrived, and is obviously a big hit with the locals, and I can understand why - this was the best meal we had anywhere in Sicily. Service was great, and there were vegan options along with staff who were happy to talk through the menu. Definitely recommend.
