I Love Tava! - Edit
Tava is an Indian Chipotle. Your vegan options include a rice bowl or a salad bowl with chickpeas, daal sauce, and chutneys (they are only labeled vegetarian on the website, but they have vegan options labeled in house). Beware of long lunch lines, but they are pretty quick and I think it is worth the wait! As a bonus, their food packaging is compostable! I definitely will be returning!
