Probamos el ramen vegano y algunos entrantes y estaban muy buenos, las gyozas eran congeladas pero al ramen le ponen tempeh caramelizado (que se puede pedir como plato aparte también) y estaba increíble. Obviamente es un sitio al que vas por la decoración de Shin-chan, no tanto por la comida, así que se agradece mucho que no te pongan opciones veganas básicas insípidas como en otros sitios donde ofrecen ramen sin carne ni huevo.
Read moreEl sitio es pequeñito así que hay es bastante recomendable reservar, mejor por teléfono que por internet. El servicio fue rapidísimo y el dueño un amor. Si estoy por la zona seguro que vuelvo.

OMFG. ¿El tempeh caramelizado se queda con buena textura después de pasar por el caldo? Porque estoy: interesado. Esta me la apunto, que siempre faltan opciones cuquis cuando me hago ramen.

super cute decorated little restaurant. They offer a lot of vegan options. I just tried the Gyoza and the tempeh with peanut sauce. It tasted really good. I have to come back. The staff was really nice and speaks good English. They have a nice seating area.
