Best vegan pho - Edit

This is the best vegan pho in West TX, I travel all over for work and haven’t found anything better!

Pros: Tasty, Inexpensive

My Husband’s favorite Pho - Edit

Despite living in Houston this is my husband’s favorite pho restaurant. It’s also where we had our first date in Midland. The tofu pho has a vegetable base as some restaurants do not. You can frequently find this place full in cold weather. Only complaint is the banh mi bread machine is frequently broken, and when it is working they are frequently sold out. (I was told someone had bought all of them up that morning). Have yet to try one.
