Vegan mock meat Chinese dishes

Has a vegetarian menu which is also completely vegan, staff understand what vegan means and just need to know this upon ordering. Can also customise a dish for example you can order sweet and sour vegan chicken or tofu but is not listed on the menu. We had a crispy vegan duck with pancakes etc and was really good
