This place totally surprised us on a random gas stop on a long stretch

This little restaurant in the corner of a Jay Bros gas station saved us! We were prepared to live on oranges and chips for the next 10-12 hours. We pulled off on this exit that literally only has this one gas station and saw Taste of India inside the gas station.
We got samosas and chana masala. They’re both fantastic. The view from the car isn’t the most pleasant but who cares when you’re a starving vegan on a roadtrip through the Heartland?

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Really well spiced, An oasis in a vegan desert

Cons: To go only, Inside a random gas station
