Taste of India restaurant Ko Chang - Edit
The restaurant serves the worse Indian food I ever had. The nans are too crispy instead than been soft. The food is sugary. The veg Biriani terrible! I will not raccomanded to anyone. Plus expencive. Badly decorated, needs a make over and a new chef. Very disappointed!

Only 2 vegan options - Edit
I was informed that the only 2 vegan options were aloo gobi and a saag dish (spinach). I’m guessing the other vegetarian dishes that could be made vegan were not an option on my visit as it was very busy 🤷🏼♀️

We had dinner at the Taste of India. The food was ok. The prices are fair for a tourist area. The service was nice. All in all, our experience here was not bad.

This place is a must. On every visit i make to koh chang im always finding myself eating. I have no complaints at all. Quick service, staff and the owner very nice and just soo tasty

It dishes and the garlic naan tasted great. 50-70 Baht extra for the Rice. Two dishes, the naan bread and a big bottle of water was 570 baht. Vegan options clearly marked. Would go there again.

I had read the reviews before coming here but I was still surprised to find a vegetarian menu with the vegan options clearly marked!! Impressive!

Only downside is that people are allowed smoking!!

This is a very popular Indian restaurant on the main road at white sand beach which has lots of vegan and vegetarian options. They also serve meat and fish. The staff was friendly and helpful regarding ordering vegan dishes and everything was delicious. It took a little bit longer. Prices were normal for the island.

Staff very knowledgeable and speak perfect English. Advised I was vegan before I sat down and had an allergy. They immediately came down after we got the menus and explained everything I could have. They also advised of changes I could make to other dishes that would make it suitable.
Read moreFood arrived and it was amazing. I had a mixed vegetable in a spice and herb curry with white rice and poppadoms. I unfortunately cannot remember the name. Also try their own mango chutney with mint sauce mixed together.
