Serves meat, vegan options available. Indian restaurant with some vegan dishes such as vegetable pakoras, onion bhajis, Bombay aloo and channa masala. Open Mon-Sun 02:00-23:00.
This restaurant has many unmarked vegan options and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful finding dairy -free vegetarian dishes. They have traditional dishes along with many special and unique sauces. Unfortunately the majority of vegan options include adding mixed vegetables to the sauces. For example, I wish they offered tofu, chickpeas, or mushroom as a protein. I highly recommend the ‘chili garlic’ sauce with veggies. This was a non-tangy sauce with such an amazing garlic flavor with medium heat - as long as you avoid the green chili fire bombs that are mixed in.
Worst treatment and rotten food to Indians. - Edit
Inspite of having almost all tables empty, they did not allow us (we were a group of Indians) to sit and eat in the restaurant.
They just simply said, they are fully booked and we will have to do take away.
I ordered take away and was waiting there for the food delivery for almost 45 minutes, during which no one came to sit who had booking.
But there came 3 different group of people who were not Indians, and had no reservation, and they were offered tables.
Also, there came many Indians wanting to sit and eat, without reservation, and they were not offered the table.
I asked the manager to show me the reservations, and he simply denied to do so and showed me the last page of the menu card, where it was stated that management reserves right to reject services to anyone.
I felt something fishy and tried following:
I then tried to call and reserve the table but I was directly rejected the reservation, and then a friend of mine called and spoke to them in western accent to reserve a table, and he was offered the table immediately.
No marked vegan food on the menu. When we asked, the waiter rolled his eyes, asked "You're both vegan?" and then named a few dishes they could make vegan. They also only accept cash! The food was okay though!
